My bike arrived pretty quick, and it was packed up nicely. The international shipping fees were quite fair. I've already told some pals about it and would recommend it to others.

However, I can't give it a full five stars for a couple of reasons:
1. Some key parts of the bike weren't exactly what was promised. I know there's a note on the website saying this could happen, but I feel they could do a better job at making sure the specs are spot on.
2. I reached out via email to get a receipt for my order, but my first two messages went unanswered. Honestly, they have an online ticket system that might have been a better route for me. Eventually, I did get the receipt I needed after sending my third email.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected. The lens itself is fantastic, fits perfectly, and is way better quality compared to other OEM options.

I couldn’t send back the shoes since the shipping cost was just as high as the shoes themselves. I reached out to the company for a return label, but they told me there was nothing they could do.

I had an awesome experience with Ciclimattio. I chatted with Alessandro and Andrea during my first questions, and they always got back to me with useful answers within a day. After I paid for the bike, they quickly packed and shipped it the very next day.

The bike made its way to the US in a sturdy box and was in perfect shape. It arrived pre-assembled, so I just needed to attach the handlebars and rear derailleur. The delivery service was a bit slow, taking 10 days longer than expected, but that’s on DHL, not Ciclimattio.

All in all, I’m super happy with Ciclimattio’s crew, their range of well-priced bikes and parts, and their speedy shipping. I’d definitely do business with them again.
